Serving Our Students

In 2022, twenty-six Lake Travis ISD graduates were honored at the Commencement Ceremony. Scholarships are established through the generous contributions of families and organizations in the Lake Travis community. Scholarship criteria reflect the interests and values of the scholarship sponsors and are named in the honor of a member of the community or the memory of a loved one.

The Lake Travis Education Foundation is committed to the students of the Lake Travis Independent School District. One of the ways that we support our students is by providing named scholarships that allow us to help them in their post-secondary journeys.

2023 Scholarships Application Process

The 2023 LTEF Scholarship Application opens on February 7, 2023.

2023 LTEF Scholarship Application

From 2022 Hawkins Foundation Scout Scholarship Recipient Nicholas Knuff:

I am writing to update you all on my journey in Aggieland and thank you all again for your support. This past semester I earned a GPA of 4.0, made many new friends, and joined a bunch of awesome clubs. I joined Engineering Without Borders where we design and build latrines in Rwanda and worked my way up to become project lead in just one semester! I also joined Aggie Replant where we give back to the community by planting trees all around Bryan-College Station.
This past semester has been an absolute joy. I went to every home football game, attended midnight yells and silver taps, and I even went to the Bonfire Remembrance Ceremony. These were all life changing events for an aggie and I am so glad I was given the opportunity to attend them through the scholarship I was awarded.

Sincerely,
Nicholas Knuff ‘26
